Research in Finland and Sweden has recently shown that drinking coffee in moderation can help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Scientists believe that the high level of antioxidants found in coffee may contribute to this benefit. Other studies have also shown that coffee can help protect nerves which in turn can help prevent Alzheimer’s. The health benefits of coffee are numerous in scientific literature. A large number of other studies have revealed even more benefits from drinking coffee e.g. coffee may also help to protect against diabetes and also protect the liver from disease.
